The Essex Golf and Country Club

The Essex Golf and Country Club is situated adjacent to the business park. It is run by the Club Company, one of the UKs leading country club operators. The club facilities include a fully equipped modern gymnasium, studio rooms, 6 indoor floodlit tennis courts, 3 floodlit outdoor tennis courts, 18-hole championship golf course, 9-hole golf course, covered floodlit driving range, indoor swimming pool with steam, sauna and whirlpool, conference facilities, a 44 bedroom hotel, bar, restaurant, beauty parlour, hairdresser and a club shop. Anglian Flight Centre

Cricket Pitch and Pavilion

Hobbs Estates funded and developed a cricket pitch and pavilion for use by Coggeshall Town Cricket Club back in 2009. The pitch is used to house junior, third team and fourth team games at the weekends. The pavilion is also used by a local sports therapy firm which provides services such as sports massages, physiotherapy and osteopathy. Security

We understand that security is a high priority for any business. At Earls Colne Business Park we have a permanent security station at the entrance to the estate which is manned by a Security on both weekdays and weekends. The guard has access to our own security vehicle that allows him to undertake regular patrols. There are also a total of 15 CCTV cameras covering our estate roads and other areas of the business park, two of which exclusively monitor vehicle number plates entering and exiting the site. This is in addition to many of our tenants installing their own systems, which provides even wider coverage.
As a result of the measures that we have put in place, and by virtue of our location, we have very few, if any, criminal incidents.



Connectivity

Working alongside Skyline Networks, we are able to offer our tenants broadband speeds of up to 200mb/s if required, and this is soon to rise to 1gb/s. We supply an ‘over-the-air’ connectivity solution via an independent, ISP carrier-grade network. We are working to have this backed up by a fibre connection that will safeguard our tenants internet connectivity should the ‘over-the-air’ system go down for any reason. Essentially, we can offer an unrivalled connectivity for speed and reliability.
