Forest LaneOur Forest Lane development site is currently under construction. The site will eventually deliver a new haulage yard with associated 14,000sqft storage unit, a circa 1 acre open storage yard and a 30,000sqft warehouse sitting independently of this.

Hangar FieldOur Hangar Field project originally gained consent for a serviced office building of circa 33,000sqft. We are currently working alongside the Council to potentially amend these plans. It is our intention to reduce the size of the serviced offices on site and include new business units that will provide between 900-2,000sqft of commercial floorspace, including associated mezzanine office.
